The Ministry of Commerce has created a list of resources in 9 different languages for young people considering this process to help them identify their rights and get support when needed. Resource listings are available in English, Spanish, Somali, Russian, Korean, Ukrainian, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Tagalog and can be found on the Washington Courts website under Resources. There are three ways to file court documents: UCS provided a system for secure transmission of documents by court users to judges, clerks, and other UCS offices across the state. This system, known as the Electronic Document Delivery System (EDDS), can also be used to file documents in pending court cases where NYSCEF is not available.
