What a waste of time they are and also expose my case to the risk of failure! I had about 8-12 different social workers and I wasn`t aware of them! Then they sent the claim to the wrong insurers who lost 4 months! I had to hunt things all the time, and then when you get to them, they`ve left the company or are sick! WHAT A JOKE FROM A COMPANY! The defendants accepted responsibility, it took 16 months for a doctor, which they finally clarified, sent me to 1. Sometimes to the wrong one, so I had to go to another! The medical expert told them what the problem was, so it is not difficult to close the case. After other calls I had to follow, I threatened to take my case elsewhere because they were useless and don`t fight your case! We agreed to make the defendants an offer of £6000, they then had 21 days to respond, it ended on Thursday I then had to follow them again to see what the result was, only to learn that they did not respond and the defendants did not respond but we gave them until Monday, that should not have been the case.

So I call AGAIN ON MONDAY to find out that they will not continue the case!
